Culatra island cruise full day
Boat cruise with departure from Faro harbour, operating all year round.
Departure from Faro marina to discover Ria Formosa on a boat trip. Cruise along the channels in a comfortable boat and observe the typical vegetation of this beautiful marshland area, learn about the biodiversity of it's ecosystem, classified as one of the most important wetlands for aquatic birds in Portugal. Pass along the Farol Island and Culatra Island where you can enjoy a short stop and visit one of the most important fishing communities in Eastern Algarve. Disembark on this fisherman’s island and discover a magical place while experiencing fresh fish dishes in local restaurants. Free time for lunch (lunch not included). You will see the clam farms and the oyster beds, one of the most important economic activities. Depending on the tide you may appreciate the oyster pickers and shellfish farmers working on the tidal flats of the lagoon,and the crystal clear waters surrounded by beautiful sand banks or explore the wonders of this secret place, before slowly cruising back to Faro while enjoying spectacular views of the city.

Customers must register with a valid email and password, to receive Booking Confirmation and information. After making a Booking, customer must pay online with Paypal or Credit Card (using the same button). Pick-up confirmation is send via email, after online payment is received .

CHILDREN AGE on motorcoach Tours
Children age, between 3 and 10 years old, pay 50% of adult price.and are entitled to a seat on the motorcoach. Children age, up to 2 years old, are free of charge, but are not entitled to a seat. An infant to be entitled to a seat, must pay Child price. On motorcoach tours, booster seats or baby carrycots are not mandatory and are not provided. The traveller must have their own child seat or booster to use.
FULL DAY Tour times
Each Full day tour includes 8 hours for visits and lunch + 2 hrs for pickup and drop off (minimum 10 hrs tour).
ON BOAT CRUISES we recommend
Casual clothes and comfortable shoes suitable for a boat trip, A wind-stopper and a waterproof coat, especially during autumn and winter, A bathing suit and a towel, especially during spring and summer, A rucksack or backpack to carry a small snack, sunglasses, hat, camera, and a good sun cream, Plenty of water to drink to avoid dehydration.
